It sucks that we have to forgive; it does! Especially when you’ve been wronged so many times for the same offense.

Let us have a raw moment, as a christian or not, saint or ain’t; it hurts to forgive. It almost feels worst than the offense. A rush of bitter resentment reminds you that this person does not merit any pardon.

However, it is so liberating to acquit the people who have been imprisoned in your heart. It may not be easy, it is humbling, yet it is freeing.
