Dear Innermy

Why do you listen to what people say about you? Whether they are true or false? Their words don’t validate you. They don’t pay your bills and they definitely did not endure nail-pierced hands for you.

Don’t you know that when you heed to the naysayers, you are weakening your supernatural powers? Negative people and negative reports will incapacitate your faith. They will strip you of the courage you need to move forward.

Innermy, do you remember the last time you listened to someone other than God? They told you that you couldn’t do something that God assigned you to do. Beware of the Pharisees in your “circle of friends.” The one who tells you not to do something, not because you can’t but because they can’t. Identify those who are around you that are there to just to stop you from being great.

Beware of the dead weight keeping you down, the fake prophets, the fake friends and the fake congratulations. Lastly and sadly, beware of the fake prayer warriors “preying” for your breakthrough.

So what if the doctor said you are infertile and won’t be able to do bear any children? Have you not been inspired to keep hope alive through the story of Hannah?

So what if you are standing in front of the red sea and your enemies are behind you? You have the staff in your hand.

So what if Goliath is much bigger than you? You chased lions and you have killed a bear with your bare hands. Besides, Goliath can never outgrow your God.

So what if Lazarus has been dead for 4 days? Have you forgotten that with Jesus every dead situation comes BACK TO LIFE?

So what if the wine is FINISHED? Ask Him for some more.

So what, if you have a speech impediment? So what, if you are the youngest in your family? So what, if you are small like a grasshopper before your calling? The next time you are hesitant to be brave, remember this:

You are too bold! Too bright! And definitely too beautiful to be beat-down
You are too strong! Too smart! And too sexy not to have 5-inch stilettoes-dreams.
You are too precious! Too powerful! And too phenomenal to be a pessimist.
You are too much of a woman! Too much of a winner to be wasted.
You are too unique! And too unwavering to be an underachiever

  1. Amen to that! Thanks for the reminder that negative people don’t matter unless I allow them to. I have the power to choose what voices I yield to…..and I choose only those that align with my purpose, destiny and vision. Every other voice can be silenced in Jesus name 😊

  4. This is amazing!!! I needed this reminder, I don’t have to let others people negativity run my life. My inner voice can be a reflection of Gods voice and not of anyone else. I’m choosing I’m 2018, well now, to open my ears, my heart, and my mind to Gods voice alone. I will be who called me to be. I will fulfill his purpose for my life. And I will live a life he’s called me to live 🙌🏾
